Proof : After publication, users undertake to spontaneously submit to the BHDA a supporting copy of any publication for which reproductions of documents from the BHDA have been used. This approach aims to enable the BHDA to keep a record of the uses of their documents, in accordance with agreements and legal requirements.
Commitment : Users formally undertake to ensure that the use of the information contained in the documents consulted does not infringe rights or interests protected by law, and to not communicate any information which could be likely to harm to state security, public safety, privacy or the property interests of natural or legal persons.
